Canon i Program
The Canon i Program (“CiP,” hereafter) is operated as the Group‘s internal entrepreneur program designed to create new value to the world. The “i” in “CiP” incorporates the meanings of both “innovation” and “intrepreneur” (in-house entrepreneur). The program provides employees who have a strong desire to “make the world better” and "take on the challenge of new things" with chances to try their own hand at creating businesses.
